WonderCon 2025 Interview: Ashley Maria of ‘Super Human Anxiety’

So opens the short film Super Human Anxiety. Screening as part of the Los Angeles International Children’s Film Festival at this year’s WonderCon, the nine-minute movie is a charming venture into anxiety and how to manage it. Read my interview at The Geekiary.

WonderCon 2025 Interview: Artist Randal “R.K.” Milholland

Something*Positive is a ‘day in the life’ webcomic that follows the main character of Davin MacIntire and his group of friends. Started in 2001, it is loosely based on the life and friends of creator Randal “R.K.” Milholland, and is darkly funny, skewering everyone and everything it can. It is sweet and sad and preposterous and honest: sometimes all at once. Read the interview at The Geekiary.

WonderCon 2025 Interview: Andy Nordvall, Kaj Kunstmann, and Bad Future Vol. 1

Andy Nordvall understands that crowdfunding an anthology comic that is dystopian science fiction might be an odd choice in today’s political environment. “It’s funny you mentioned that, because it was less relevant when we started,” he said with a laugh. “There was this moment of like, ‘Should we do this?’ People can just open up a news thing.” Read the full interview over at The Geekiary.

PaleyFest 2025: ‘Agatha All Along’ Panel

“The Ballad of the Witches’ Road” may have been sung, but that doesn’t mean the celebration is over. This year’s PaleyFest also had a panel celebrating ‘Agatha All Along’ on March 22, 2025.
